About Jennifer

I was the person who approved your loan.

For over a decade I sat in the underwriting chair at banks, brokers, and direct lenders — reviewing files, evaluating risk, and making the final call: approved or denied. I hold a VA SAR and LAPP certification, making me one of a select group authorized to underwrite VA home loans directly.

I have reviewed over 5,000 loan decisions. I have seen what makes loans close fast and what makes them fall apart. I know the difference between a 640-score buyer who sails through and a 720-score buyer who gets delayed — and it almost always comes down to preparation.
